JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator role revolves around maintaining a sense of organization and seamless execution within Tipping Point’s team and clients. Effective communication skills are crucial, as the position requires building and maintaining relationships, while also adhering to established guidelines and procedures that make Tipping Point’s project process unique.

The candidate must possess a persuasive communication style to convey company policies and programs, while also being attentive and responsive to the needs and concerns of project stakeholders.

 

Detail-oriented work is a key aspect, and projects demand quick and accurate handling of tasks to uphold client relationships and ensure efficient operations among Tipping Point team members. Management of others is a key part of the role. Diligent follow-up and constructive feedback are essential to maintaining quality work and positive relationships across all projects.

JOB CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Communicate regular updates, photos, videos, during important moments throughout the project process to Tipping Point’s internal and external marketing team

Compensation will be uniquely determined by the experience level of the applicant, and the volume of projects that Tipping Point has under contract at the time of employment.

Since Tipping Point’s process and approach to real estate is non-traditional and unique, all new hires begin on a 4-month contract period, which results in an offer for full-time employment.
