At Tipping Point, we believe transformative change is possible when people and places are given the space to reach their highest potential. This post shares news of a leadership transition that reflects exactly that spirit.
Eric Heinowitz, Tipping Point’s Director of Construction has decided to pursue his next chapter by founding his own venture, which will be dedicated to transformative development in West Virginia. During his time at Tipping Point, Eric brought considerable talents as our Director of Construction to every project he touched.
With the heart of a problem-solver and the drive of someone who truly cares about outcomes, he helped translate visionary community plans into development plans that communities could truly be proud of.
Eric’s ability to innovate under pressure, build strong relationships with the clients, and keep the focus on long-term impact reflected Tipping Point’s core focus - to build high-impact, community-driven places.
Tipping Point is grateful for the ways Eric lived our values—especially his tenacity in pushing through complex challenges and commitment to transparency with every client and stakeholder on the project. Eric’s contributions helped advance the very methodology we teach - empower and inspire others to unlock their neighborhood’s highest potential through thoughtful, and honest real estate development.
True to its mission, Tipping Point will exclusively partner with communities and their leaders who are ready for genuine transformation. We will also be loyal to people and companies who are steadfast to the same non-negotiables that have always defined Tipping Point:
No Egos
Create Change
Do It Right
The combination of our values, people and companies who have both the willingness and the discipline to implement the Tipping Point methodology, will deliver places filled with genuine possibility.
The possibilities of West Virginia inspired Eric to relocate his construction management talents from Brooklyn, NY to West Virginia. Eric Heinowitz will deliver this promise for West Virginia. We have no doubt he will do remarkable things.
We could not be more excited for Eric’s next step and the positive change he will create in both Wheeling (where he lives) and many other communities throughout the state that seek transformative change.
If communities that seek a REAL builder who carries the same passion for possibility that brought him to Tipping Point, please reach out to eric@elvnbuild.com.
During Eric’s time at Tipping Point he not only made transformative change possible, but inevitable. At Tipping Point, we have no doubt that we will be working with Eric Heinowitz again.
The best is yet to come…
