Memphis & Pearl Mixed-Use Project Receives Funding Boost From Cleveland City Council

Memphis & Pearl, the inaugural major apartment complex in Old Brooklyn in almost 50 years, received a significant boost this week. On Monday, the City Council greenlit legislation to allocate $2.5 million towards closing the construction financing gap, enhancing the project's prospects. This funding addition follows the County Council's decision on July 6th to contribute $250,000, motivated by Memphis & Pearl's commitment to generating 237 job opportunities.
