Tipping Point has officially released Addendum #3 for the Wheeling Gateway RFP, providing responses to the final round of questions and clarifications that were submitted between 9/9/2023 - 9/15/2023. The question and clarification process is now closed, and no further questions and clarifications shall be accepted.
The next deadline is for written proposal submissions, being due by Friday, September 22 at 4:00 p.m.
